Christina R. McElwee, M.Ed., is a seasoned educator and professional development leader with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations grow and thrive. With a B.A. in English/Language Arts and a Master’s in Literacy Studies, Christina has dedicated her career to empowering others through education, coaching, and career development. She has facilitated professional development for more than 18 years, first as a literacy coach, then as a faculty member, and as a faculty liaison in the Teaching, Learning, and Distance Education office at a community college. In these roles, she designed and led numerous workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to support faculty and professionals in advancing their skills and careers.

In addition to her extensive background in professional development, Christina has taught a wide range of courses including composition, technical writing, and literature, equipping students with practical skills for academic and workplace success. Her expertise also extends to career-focused writing, resume and portfolio development, and presentation skills, giving clients the tools they need to confidently pursue their goals.

A published freelance writer and experienced designer, Christina brings creativity, authenticity, and innovation to every project. Whether coaching individuals, facilitating workshops, or developing career resources, she is passionate about helping people unlock their potential and achieve lasting success.
